A little about me
From leadership in the field to clear thinking in coaching
My previous career as an Armor Officer gave me many years of experience in Leadership, Command - Management - Training of human resources, Organisation-Planning of actions for handling difficult situations, Scenario planning for crisis response, Resource management, Decision-making under pressure, Communication, Negotiation.
I am a graduate of all the main Military Academies in Greece, as well as the French Armor Unit Commanders' School and the NATO Defense College in Rome. I also served as an instructor at the Higher War School on Strategy and Geopolitics, and as Defense Attaché at the Greek Embassy in Bulgaria.
Today I put that experience to work as a Consulting Manager, supporting businesses and executives, and through Business & Life Coaching, in which I trained at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
My greatest strength is simplifying complex situations and applying practical solutions. I combine my experience with coaching tools to help people think clearly and act effectively so they can achieve their goals.
